We are organizing the International Conference FSORP-Madeira 2002 dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor Gueorguii Litvinchuk, an internationally known mathematician, professor at the University of Madeira. The Conference will honour Professor Gueorguii Litvinchuk's many contributions to the theory of singular integral operators, singular integral equations with shifts, factorization problems and other related topics, as well as his many years of activity in the creation of a strong scientific school.
The program of the conference consists of invited lectures (about 50 min.) and 30 min. talks given by the other participants. We expect that Proceedings of the Conference will be published. For people registering after this date we cannot guarantee a place in the program. Submission of abstracts after that date may be too late for their inclusion into the booklet of abstracts.
